The West Point Towne Center Homeowners Association and the Board of Directors is a non-profit organization that exists to preserve, maintain and enhance the aesthetic beauty of the community, in order to safeguard property values and promote the health, safety, welfare and interests of all Homeowners.

Our mission will be accomplished through the vision of:

  • Fiscal responsibility
  • Sensitivity to increased assessments
  • Informed decision-making
  • Responsible and ethical use of authority
  • Partnerships with Homeowners
  • Partnerships with Government

  • Community involvement

The meetings will be held at the Comfort Inn Suites located at 13337 W. Grand Ave. The meetings will begin at 6:00 pm.

The meetings will be held at the common area located at 137th Lane and Cottonwood at the ramada. The meeting time will be 6:00 pm.
